- 1 tsp cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
- ⅛ tsp ground turmeric
Method of Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients and blend to make a smoothie. Wheatgrass powder, ground turmeric can be added as an optional booster.
