4. Pineapple Salsa Smoothie

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 ½ cup coconut water
  • 2tsp chopped red onion
  • 1c firmly packed baby spinach
  • ½ c chopped cilantro
  • 2Tsp cucumber
  • 2 Tsp lime juice
  • 1tsp chopped jalapeno chile
  • 1/4 tsp natural salt

Optional Boosters:

  • 1 tsp cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • ⅛ tsp ground turmeric

Method of Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients and blend to make a smoothie. Wheatgrass powder, ground turmeric can be added as an optional booster.
